Protecting your Happy Place
Life isn’t just about work and home ownership. It’s about the adventures in-between. Whether you are on the water, on the road, or on a walk with your best friend, we ensure the fun doesn’t turn into a financial burden.
Because the Best Chapters Happen Off the Clock
Living in Tampa Bay means spending time on the water and the road. But standard Home and Auto policies rarely cover your "toys" properly.
The Boat Reality: Your homeowner's policy usually provides $0 liability coverage for anything larger than a canoe.
The RV Gap: Your truck insurance might cover your trailer while you are towing it, but the moment you unhitch at the campsite, you are often uninsured.
The Pet Factor: Veterinary medicine has advanced incredible amounts, but so has the cost. A torn ACL for a dog can cost $5,000—an expense that shouldn't force you to make a heartbreaking decision..
Our Coverage Menu
-
From pontoons to sailboats. We ensure you are protected against wreckage removal, fuel spill liability, and uninsured boaters (a huge risk in Tampa Bay).
Specialty: Bahamas coverage available for those crossing the Gulf Stream
-
Whether you have a Class A motorhome or a travel trailer. We offer "Vacation Liability" (coverage if someone trips at your campsite) and "Personal Effects" coverage for the gear inside your rig.
-
Health insurance for the furriest character in your story. We cover accidents, illnesses, and hereditary conditions.
We can find plans that pay the vet directly, so you aren't waiting for reimbursement.
-
In neighborhoods like Hyde Park, Dunedin, and Lakewood Ranch, golf carts are a primary mode of transport. Warning: Your homeowners policy usually does not cover them off your own driveway.
We cover street-legal Low Speed Vehicles (LSVs) and standard golf carts for liability and theft.
How We Review Your Policy
Specialty policies have specialty exclusions. We review the fine print to ensure you can actually enjoy your toys:
Navigational Limits (Boats): Does your policy stop 5 miles offshore? We make sure your "territory" matches your fishing spots.
Hurricane Haul-Out: If a named storm approaches, will your policy pay 50% of the cost to have your boat hauled out of the water and strapped down?
Agreed Value: If your classic boat or RV is totaled, we ensure you get the full insured amount, not a depreciated "market value."
Frequently Asked Questions

-
A: Absolutely. While Florida doesn't mandate boat insurance, most marinas require it. More importantly, if you are involved in a boating accident, maritime law is complex and expensive. A simple fuel spill can cost $10,000+ to clean up.
-
A: If your boat sinks or is destroyed in a storm, you are legally responsible for removing the debris from the water. This can cost upwards of $20,000. We ensure this coverage is included in your policy separate from the hull value.
-
A: Only partially. Your truck's liability usually extends to the trailer while it is being towed. However, it does not cover physical damage to the trailer itself, and it provides zero coverage once you unhitch at a campsite. You need a separate RV policy for that.
-
A: Yes. If your RV is your primary residence, you need "Full-Timer's Coverage." This acts more like a homeowner's policy, providing higher personal liability and medical payments limits than a standard recreational policy.
-
A: Generally, no. No pet insurance carrier covers conditions that showed symptoms before the policy started. This is why it is critical to insure your pets while they are young and healthy.
-
You can choose. We offer "Accident Only" plans (cheaper, covers broken bones/swallowed objects) and "Comprehensive" plans (covers cancer, infections, allergies, and hereditary conditions). We almost always recommend the Comprehensive option.
-
A: Yes. Unlike human health insurance with HMO networks, pet insurance allows you to visit any licensed veterinarian in the country, including emergency clinics and specialists.
